Aluko, others nabbed for murder, cultism – Amba, Ekiti C.P.

Ekiti State Police Command, has arrested a 29-year old  Gbenga Aluko, in connection with alleged cultism and murder.

In a statement by the Ekiti State  Police Commissioner, Mr.  Asuquo Amba, released in Ado-Ekiti yesterday, quoted the C.P. saying that Aluko and three others,  who are members of Eiye  confraternity were allegedly involved in the  killings of a  members of the  Black Axe “AIYE” confraternity rival secret cult group in Ekiti and Ondo State in recent time.

Others members of the cult group arrested by Special Anti Robbery Squad  were: Ayodele Ayodeji,  31yrs,  Olamide Olurunsola, 43 and Adewale  Adekunle  23yrs,  all from  Ifaki Ekiti, while others escaped during the operation.

The Commissioner revealed that Aluko and his cult group confessed further  that he had surrendered his gun to a prominent king in Ondo State  in 2017 but his claim was found to be false.

“Investigation revealed that the suspect had been using one Toyota Camry Car with Registration number  KJA 710 FF to perpetrate the killings  of  his victims. The said vehicle has been recovered and in my  custody”.

Amba said materials recovered from them are: One Cutlass, Criminal charms, one Dell Laptop, a foreign woman photograph, Two Ipad phones and one infinix Phone.
