The Governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has approved the appointment of six advisers, chairman Board of Internal Revenue and other officials in the state.
Fayemi, said the appointment which takes immediate effect is to position the administration for effective service delivery.
Those approved are Alhaji Afolabi Ogunlayi, as Senior Adviser, Economic Matters and Chair, Economic Development Council, Barrister Paul Omotoso, Senior Adviser, Political Matters and Hon Makinde Araoye, as Special Adviser, Federal Matters.
Others are Mrs Sola Salako-Ajulo, Special Adviser, Communications and Strategy, Mr Akintunde Oyebode, Special Adviser, Investment, Trade and Innovations and Hon Sunday Adunmo, Special Adviser, Road/Transport and Infrastructure.
The rest are Prof Fransisca Aladejana, the Chairman, State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, Mrs. Funke Fajobi, Commissioner in SUBEB, Arc. Tajudeen Wale Ajayi, as Senior Special Assistant (SSA) Public Buildings and Infrastructure. Mr. Muyiwa Ogunmilade, is the Chairman, Board of Internal Revenue in the state.
