Francis Ayeda,  who  was arrested on Tuesday, was given an administrative bail but he is yet to meet the bail condition.

The bail condition was not disclosed to our reporter, but  EFCC source said the Governor’s relation will not regain his freedom until the conditions are met.

He was said to have  obtained  a loan of N350,000,000 for the project  from a bank  but transferred the unused loan into mobility project.
