The Police told the court that investigation at CIID revealed that the suspects “gruesomely and callously conspired and tricked the deceased to a distance where he was beheaded with cutlass which caused his untimely death.”

The prosecutor, Ayeni Gbenga told the court that investigation on the case had not been concluded.

He argued that the offences allegedly committed are capital in nature and it’s not ordinarily bailable.
